You’ll fill out the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire which shows us what nutritional foundations may be out of balance for you (digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acid balance, minerals, and hydration). We'll assess your medical history, nutrition history, and personal health goals. We'll craft a nutrition therapy plan to meet your unique needs. This is all about you! After our meeting, we will provide you with detailed nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations to get you on the road to your health.
In addition to the comprehensive offerings of the Fresh Roots Foundation, this package entails two follow-up meetings, each lasting 60 minutes, scheduled at 2 and 6 weeks. During these sessions, we will delve into what's proving effective, identify areas of challenge, and make any necessary adjustments. Following each meeting, you'll receive updated nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. At the 6-week mark, a second Food and Mood Journal and NAQ evaluation will be conducted to track your progress. In between sessions, feel free to reach out via email or text for extra support or to address any questions you may have (limited to 2 per week). If you upgrade from Fresh Roots Foundation within 7 days, $199 will be deducted.
Experience a holistic journey that goes beyond the scope of the Fresh Roots Foundation. Get the added value and more hands on coaching with four 60-minute follow-up meetings at 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks. These sessions provide us a platform to delve into what's working, navigate challenges, and fine-tune our approach. Following each meeting, you’ll receive updated nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
At the 8-week milestone, a second Food and Mood Journal and NAQ evaluation will be completed to celebrate the distance you've covered. In between sessions, feel free to reach out via email or text for extra support or to address any questions you may have (limited to 2 per week). If you upgrade from Fresh Roots Foundation within 7 days, $199 will be deducted.
